Be informed that there will be the 2nd HAFS festival
on both days of 24 (Thursday) and 25 (Friday) August.
To be specific, on the 24th, you see the formal festival
like the students'' performance and speciality and on the 25th,
there will be atheletic union of the students and the teachers of HAFS.
Please let me know that there will be any parent
intending to open a bazaar and food court for charatible purposes.
You can send me your proposal via e-mail(jeonbu@naver.com)
concerning your activity and plan during the festival(24th, Thursday)
by this coming Monday (5 p.m., 21th)
so that I can arrange the best and most suitable place for each purpose as well as time.
Please, refer to the tentative time schedule uproaded for the detail information of the festival.

제2회 HAFS 축제와 관련하여 안내말씀 드립니다. 8월 24일(목요일),
8월 25일(금요일) 양 일간 HAFS 축제가 있을 예정입니다.
학부모님들의 관심과 성원에 모두에 감사의 말씀을 전합니다.
축제에 관심있으신 학부모님들은 음식코너와 바자회를 학교에서 여실 수 있습니다.
바자회에 필요한 테이블과 장소 등은 학교에서 세팅을 해 드릴 수 있습니다.
하지만, 모금함 및 음료수 등 나머지 필요한 부분은 학부모님께서 준비하셔야 합니다. 그리고,
학부모님들의 자발적인 참여가 많아서 장소를 제공하오니 이점 유념하시기 바랍니다.
자선 바자회는 로타리클럽 주최로 학교에서 학생들 위주로 별도로 이루어질 예정입니다.

간단한 설명과 더불어 무엇을 하실 것인지
메일을 보내 주시면 장소 및 시간 등을 조정하여 홈페이지에 화요일 오전에
곧장 공지하도록 하겠습니다. 24일은 부모님들의 방문이 가능하지만,
25일(금요일)은 학생들의 귀가의 날과 겹쳐 부모님들의 방문이 제한될 예정입니다.
금요일 학생들과 선생님들간의 체육대회 이후 학생들은 귀가를 하게 됩니다.
24일 축제와 관련한 사항은 인성계발부 전 병욱에게,
25일 체육대회에 관련한 문의 사항은 인성계발부 박영신 선생님께 문의하시면 됩니다.
일단 24일(목요일) 축제와 관련한 잠정적인 일정을 홈페이지에 올립니다.
약간의 변동 사항이 있을 수 있지만,
별 차이 없이 계획된 대로 일정이 진행될 것 같습니다.
